When Buying your first horse, you must know what to expect! A horse is a big responsibility. They require lots of daily care like food and water. Horses drink lots of water and eat lots of food.

Before you buy your horse you must prepare an area for your horse such as fencing, stall etc. One horse requiers one acre of land. You must also know what type of horse you can handle temperment wise & age wise.

Once you decide on that and do the preparations for your horse, it's time ti start searching for your dream horse!

Quarter Horses are often bred for barrel racing & reining although they can be used in many other diciplines. QHs come in a variety of colorse such as Chessnut, Bay, Dun and Roan. There are many other colors for QHs though.
